Self-Assembly 1,200T Hydraulic Machine Come into Service
Today, the 1,200T Hydraulic Machine totally assembly by LANTIAN people have been passed commissioning and come into service, which means that LANTIAN has been come into a new starting point by producing Large-scaled Fitting on itself.
In order of shorten the commissioning time of new-brought machines and make the equipment more convenient and more easier for the operator, LANTIAN management team make decision that assembly the 1,200T Hydraulic Machine by itself. With the order from Mr. President Wang Jianlong, Fitting Workshop Director Mr. Fang Zhijian lead about 10 workers starting the assembling work: Consulting to the Hydraulic experts, learning & mastering the core technology information, learning from the hydraulic operator, & make drawings of the spare parts, they always working to the mid-night for a technical point.
After 3-month’s hard working, the 1,200T hydraulic machine which can produce size reach OD 426mm * WT 25mm Fitting has been come into service after commissioning. The new equipment can make a higher working efficiency by adding our special design elements, and also save the equipment cost by nearly 50%.
